Dispute Lost Over Part of Order I Never Received

I purchased merchandise from capitol styles (see my report on these crooks!). I paid using PayPal (big mistake!). I never received part of my order. I filed a dispute (what a joke!). They claim the dispute was open for 20 days and that they emailed their decision to me (nonsense! What liars!). I never received any email from them. They sided with capital styles. PayPal does not care about their customers. So if you want buyer protection when you make a purchase on the internet, use a major credit card, not PayPal, because they do not care about you at all.
