They told me my bill was 186.00 i disagreed. They deduct 186.00 from account, then took 400.00 out of account ripoff

I spoke with a operator about paying my bill she told me it was 186.00 dollars i disagreed with her and told her to go on and disconnect. That i will be paying monthly payments until i pay them off. She took it upon herself and took the money out of my account without authorization from me. 3 days later i check my account they took out 400.00 dollars and for what i do not know.
