Disagreed with 186.00 bill; money taken from account without authorization

I spoke with a operator about paying my bill she told me it was 186.00 dollars I disagreed with her and told her to go on and disconnect. That I will be paying monthly payments until I pay them off. She took it upon herself and took the money out of my account without authorization from me. 3 days later I check my account they took out 400.00 dollars and for what I do not know.
