AT&T reviewedAT&T -Rancho Palos Verdes, CAAT&T has plenty of advertisements. I cant watch TV for 10 mins without seeing their ads. This means nothing more than they enjoy spending loads of money on ads. The AT&T service (formerly cingular) is terrible. I regularly catch them on "mistakes" in my bill. I call their unhelpful customer service atleast once a week for problems. When i say unhelpful i mean a monkey knows how to help me more than these know nothings. It must take little to nothing to get a job there. I must walk about a block from my house before i can get any kind of reliable service. Their rebates take forever to come in the mail and twice I was forced to call because rebates did not come at all. If you are looking for a service that raises the bar and is actually true to its stats than continue to look because AT&T is definitely none of the things it pretends to be.
