Does not exist Ripoff Internet

I haven't used my Washington Mutual Visa Card in a year (high APR) and have it completely paid off. Suddenly I receive a statement with a 29.99 charge from July 9 from Vip Tunes in Lamassol. No phone number given. I contacted Washington Mutual and am now awaiting a dispute form in the mail that I need to fill out.in the mean time I asked the customer service rep. What she could tell me about this company. She could tell me that it has something to do with music specifically pianos. I told her I would wait for the dispute letter and in the mean time I cancelled my card with them. I told her I would be looking online for information on this company and that is when I found out about all the other people that have been ripped off. I called Washington Mutual again and told them they should go on the web site and read about this nonexistance company. Reply was that they could not access the internet (go figure). So I have printed many of your complaints and experiences and plan to mail them with my dispute letter. Somebody, somehow needs to put a stop to this.
