Ripoff wrongfully accused

I worked for cabana shores for about 6 months never had problem never had any warnings write ups or anything felt i was a good emplyee. A new employee was then hired and different things begin to happen i was off the next day i returned to work i was terminated not sure why asked for a reason they would not give me one went to file for unemployment 3 weeks later relized i had a police report filed against me for theft a guest said they paid more then the system showed (note the same thing happened to a white employee the new one a guest came down and said he paid more than what the system showed nothing happened to her but me being the black employee i was terminated had no knowledge why) i was wrongfully accused of this and now it is hard for me to get a job due to the report that was filed. Not only that but my reputation is messed up and i dont apperciate it at all. I feel that i should have been able to let them hear my side before all of this happened the guest lied and to make matters worse they didnt have enough money to begin with i took money out of my pocket in the amount of $16.53 to add to what they lacked. Obviously they didnt want to pay the extra for the extra adults they had in the unit and instead of my employer calling me at home or waiting to i returned to work to ask me what happened they put a bad rep out on my name. I also had to hear what was going on from another empoyee.
