Q - QuickTripFleet Services - FleetMaster Fleet Fueling charges late fees when not late & late charges on late charges every month even if paidbefore due date South Portland Texas Oklahoma And Mor, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, South Portland

We opened a fleet card account with QuickTrip to fuel all our van's each month. Our First bill was okay but after that every single payment we made generated a late charge of $25.00 or more.

I called the billing department with proof the payment (s) where mailed well before due date. They where very rude and said if the payment is not posted before the due date late charges will apply.

I explained some payments where made over 2 weeks early, others were over a week and should not have been late. Maybe they sat on it or the mail did not deliver as they should. Either way I could not be responsible for the mail or their negligence. They said to bad you still have to pay all the late charges. And on top of the regular late charge, if it wasn't paid they added a late fee for not paying the late fee. Talk about crooked.

I have accounts with over 500 companies and none of them have ever charged a late fee if the postmark was before the due date.

Everyone beware of this rip off company. Go someplace else to get your gas.
