Babies R Us
Very rude to employee in front of guest

I was in Babies R Us in Paramus, NJ on Saturday 6/7 at registry. A young female by the name of Elyse was assisting me when another employee that I later found out was a manager started discussing work ethics with Elyse in front of guest. I found this manger whom I later found out name was Margret to be very rude and should have taken the employee in an office. Afterwards I asked Elyse if she was ok because she wasn't as jolly as the previous times I've been in there and she stated she's never worked anywhere where they are rude and lie so much. Yes, I felt bad for her and this manager needs a reality check. You just don't do certain things out in the open. Very, very unprofessional!
