Vast excess water problem, won't correct same. Overcharged. False advertising. Did not follow plans. Ripoff

The biggest problem of many, totally excess water pours into our sump pump basin. Water has been pouring in since last Feb.

Since we closed on the home May 4, the pump has been activated almost 11 of those 12 months daily, many times more than once per minute. We have alreadyy replaced a sump pump.
Bielinski fails to do anything about it.

They have also tremendously overcharged us on several items after providing us brochures that stated similar to "We receive the best prices and pass our savings onto our customers." that appears fraudelent to us.

Omissions, wrong sized openings, concrete cracking in 90% of the basement within the 1st 6 months of our living here, falsehoods told by Bielinski representaives, etc. All contributed to total frustration to us. We are in our 70's, not in the best of health, wanted, and had advised them, a home with out problems to spend our "golden" years in. This has been a nightmare. What can be done? Thank you.
