Overcharged, home problems, excess water infiltration, fraudelent advertising, falsehoods given. Ripoff

We are in our 70's, built a new home to escape having home problems. The worst, of many, is excess water infiltration into our sump pump. There is a serious, excess water problem. We have heard three different excuses in the past year. Since some time in February our pump has kicked on-off-on again averaging more than once per minute until about 10 days gao. It at this time is running about 3 times every five minutes. 10's of 1000's of gallons of water have been pumped out, it is excessive.

Some site grading plans from the Village of Caledonia were not followed.inside measurements were not followed. Excuses abounded. We could fill several pages of inequities received, Bielinski should be made to either live up to their brochures and advertisements, and made accountable for mistakes they have caused. They stated, "We are the biggest in WIsconsin, receive the best buys, and pass our savings on to our customers. We were overcharged two to four times retail prices on certain items. That appears fraudelent to us. However the excess water problem is the most serious at this time. What can we do? Thank you.
