REPORTING FRAUDULENT BILLING
A few months ago my husband received a phone call from a telemarketer trying to sell us supplies for our farm. The sales pitch was so incredible that my husband ended up purchasing 1 strap, so he could see if it was exactly what he was wanting. The sales agent promised to send us a drill for free with our purchase.

A week later we received a case of 50 straps with a bill for over $500, when we were only supposed to get 1 strap for less than $20. We called our credit card company and reported him. He then called my husband using the name "Bob" and tried to get us to purchase more products.

My husband ordered spray paint, knowing that the guy had our canceled credit card number. We were thinking that maybe the last time he just made a mistake, and this time if we received the product and it was for the correct amount then we would just send a check. We were cautious and wanted to receive the product, and see the product before we made our payment.

Well, the sales agent then called us after he had shipped the merchandise and was irate on the phone because our credit card was not running through. He obviously knew that he was then caught in action. He had already sent the products, which ended up being over $700 worth of merchandise and had no way of charging us! He's been calling us at least 50 times a day and threatening us. He called me several horrific names over the phone.

After all the drama, I decided to take it into my own hands and do a little research of my own. I found out that the address that's on the invoice is a real address, but it's a vacant apartment. He does not live there. The phone numbers on the invoice are not real numbers either. He also uses several fake names when he calls people. I also researched the company. There is no "Freight and Salvage". Be cautious of this person. Be very, very cautious.
