Ripoff Fraudulent billing

About 2 weeks ago I received a call from Freight & Salvage Co offering me an impact wrench if I would by some air hose. I agreed to by 1 50 ft length of air hose. The salesman said alright and got my credit card info.

A few days later I recieved 3 large packages with 12 rolls of 50 ft air hose. I had agreed to pay $49.90 for 1 roll, but the invoice was $751.86. I immediately called the credit card company and filed a complaint.

I then returned the packages, at my expense, to Freight & Salvage Co. And called to complain. The supervisor, Larry Anderson got on the phone and said he would not except the returned merchandise but would ship it back to us. I told him I wanted the charges reversed on the credit card, he then got angry and started calling me names like stupid, bonehead and ignorant and said he was coming to my house to split my head open.

I hung up and he continued to call all day long. Two days later he started calling again, my wife gave me the phone and was very upset. He started calling me names again and said he was coming up to slit my throat, my wife and son were standing their and heard him.

I have call the Laguna Beach Police department as well as our local police and they both say there isn't anything they can do. I just need to stop answering the phone when he calls. He calls every day all day up until 9:00 pm every night.

We are doing what the credit card company said, but Larry Anderson should never be allowed to be on the phone or talk to customers again. He is harassing us and we can't do anything to stop it unless he comes to our house.
