And Internet Fraud This seller entered into a legally binding contract with and refused to convey to me the merchandise. Ripoff

This individual entered into a legally binding contract with me on EBAY for the sale of a coin.

This seller after the close of the auction and after payment was made by me, attempted to extort additional fees in an attempt for me to pay her paypal fees. Surcharges are against all policies of EBAY and PAYPAL

This seller was in direct violation of established and agreed upon conditions of both EBAY and PAYPAL.

This seller continued to threaten me and stated that the policies did not for some reason apply to her.

The seller on Nov. 7 sent me a message indicating that my merchandise had been shipped. On Nov. 12 I received a message from PAYPAL showing that my PAYPAL payment had been refunded.

I attempted to contact the seller only to be ignored until she declared that she could cancel the transaction at anytime for any reason. Again this is in direct conflict with all legal and established guidelines.

I resubmitted my payment out of frustration in an attempt to finally get my merchandise.

After numerous calls to EBAY Trust and Security Dept. I was consistantly advised that the seller was in the wrong and actions would be taken against her.

To date nothing has been done.

To this date I have still not received any tracking numer to indicate that the merchandise had been shipped.

I have had to go the extreme to consult with legal counsel regarding this matter. She states that I could do whatever I want to as it would all be for naught.

It should also be noted that the sales price of the item in question was a very small amount. It has become more a matter of principle at this point and in my opinion a matter of honesty and integrity, which the seller fails to display on both accounts.
