BingoPC ripoff, poor support, RMA policy sucks Internet Nationwide

I bought 3btech's motherboard/cpu combo, a Chaintech S1689/AMD64 3200, got the product, installed it, it worked fine for 2 days, then all drives on the IDE disappeared, 4 total, called their tech-support, his response was a hard-drive problem, then I reiterated that not one but four drives had disappeared from the bios/post. I was then referred to their online RMA request page, this would have been a problem for anyone not having more than one computer at their disposal. The RMA email came the next day, I sent the parts back. They had them for a couple days, then I received an email stating that the board was fine, I was offered 2 options, I could pay more shipping (I paid $10 to ship it back to them) to get the parts back, but I would not be able to RMA it for this problem again, or I could take a refund, minus a 25% restock fee, this would put me at about $50 cost for absolutely nothing. I paid the additional shipping, got the parts back from them, 5 days this time then the same result, 2 HDD's, a dvd reader, and a dvd-rw, all disappeared from the bios and post, so now my system is still not fuctional, I have no recourse thru them, they are a big rip-off, the whole ordeal was just a ploy to get more money, it's obvious at this point that they didn't even bother to check the parts, just sat on them for a couple days then sent the email. Do not buy from these people!
