First of all they say this is a 3 bedroom but its really a two bedroom Dont Rent this Condo these people are scam rip off con artist,

I rented this condo from them and was told By the Condo Board that the owner Could not rent this condo with out approval from the Board and according to the Condo Rules and Guidelines these people are never allowed to rent out this condo located at 4614 S Calumet,

They Defrauded Section 8 and Me. So if you move in you will be meet by the Condo board advising you to move back out,

Seems like these people rent this place every other month, get people security and depoist when the people move in they are told that they have to leave and when they leave this scam artist put this rental back on the market, Chicago Tribune, Suntimes, Craiglist I have proof and The Condo Board Contact Info

I have the condo board contact number and section 8 can confirm these people defraud them and me as well.

They will get your money knowing full well that they are not allowed to rent this condo out then when you tell them that the condo board tell you that you have to move back out These people have the nerve to threaten you to move, The Condo owner name is Darcy Shephard and they are in a lot of trouble with the condo Board, they rip me off for $1.350 rent and same amount in security Lynell is her pimp boyfriend these people have no remorse all together

Also call section 8 in chicago 312-984-9400 ask for Linda Kelly, Compliance Manager, 312.986.9400, ext. 4150 she knows my name is sabrina Huff she can confirm all this, when people rent this place by finding it on your web site when they move in the same thing is going to happend to them they will be meet by the condo board who will tell them they have to move back out and that these people do not have permission to rent this place according to the condo rules and reglations and these people would have to come up with the rent and security for the new place and they will be very un happy that they found these people on your site
