JD Fugitive, running from the law, skipped out on paying past due child support for three children, Dead Beat Dad

J D Litmon had three children by his first wife and later divorced. He had a really good job and he quit his job to keep from paying child support for the three children.

The divorce decree ordered him to pay child support for three children in 1981 and has paid little to none since then. He has fathered three other known children and has yet to pay child support for either one of them. He finally paid a lump sum payment to his second oldest child's mother, but the rest of his children has yet to see any support.

He has manuevered the court system in such a way that he is not paying one dime on even his back support in total of $80,000 or more. He files appeal after appeal to keep from paying back support. He refuses to even make an offer to settle the account just because he and his first wife had a terrible divorce.

Different avenues have been tried to collect support, but no one seems to be able to help and he continues to manipulate the court in every way to get out of paying past due child support. Only the court system in California can represent the mother in collecting child support, but even they will not enforce the court order maybe because the case is over 25 years old. Support Kids have been tried, but the state of California states that only they can represent the mother.

J D Litmon does not have a relationship with any of the three children by his first wife and feels that he is justified by not paying his back support because the three children by his first wife are all grown up. J D Litmon does not have a good conscious to do what is right, but yet he claims he is a changed man.

J D Litmon will not consider paying his back child support to his first wife nor will he consider making the payment to his children instead of his first wife if he feels that he just don't want to pay her.
