They advertised a condo for rent in Alburq. Nm. On Backpage.com and when I contacted them they said they owned it. After contact with him, he sent a lease agreement to me with deatails to Moneygram him the deposit to hold the condo with thefirst months rent to be paid on the 1st. Then he would Fed Ex the keys and passcodes to gate, docs of permission to live there. The deposi was made... No fedex, no keys. I check to address with the county tax records, he does not own the condo...
