Ripoff deceptive advertising & fraudulent billing, won't honor refund

I had submitted an application to what i thought was "pimp my ride" show. It turns out that they have nothing to do with "pimp my ride" show. I had submitted the application on 06/29/06. Two days later i have decided that that i did not want to have anything to do with them. So i e-mailed them on 07/01/06 and called them telling them not to charge my credit card in the amount of $89.00 and to cancel the application. Carsponsorships.com refused to cancel and will not refund my $89.00. I have written and called carsponsorships not to charge my credit card and they went ahead and charged anyway. So then i had reported them to better business bureau of their deceptive praticed. They lied when they said that they are not going to charge for 48 hours. They charged right away.
