Maple Village—Denisco Bros
Condo owmers/builder take condo fee but dont pay bills Peabody

The Builders of Maple Village Condo in Peabody have been handling collecting condo fees but have not been paying the bills... They do not even have records of who has paid condo fee and who hasn't. Some records show the deposits to another condo complex account they own. They rent out 7 units and don't pay condo fees on them... Now that the electric company wants to shut off lights and the water bills are also unpaid they want to dump these bills on the condo owners. They say it is not their problem They dont care if lights get shut off. All the records are in a box written on scaps of paper. I understand they would like to finish up at this site and move on to their next project. Sure but there is about 10,000 Dollars missing the maple village account has 400 dollars in it so where is all the condo fees they have been collecting for 2 years... What can the owners do???
