Ripoff csr rep pretended to be me to very all info

Well, Where to start, i have already reported them to the BBB. A few months ago i got a call from an AT&T rep stating that they would put all my phone bills onto 1 bill (i have 5 lines). I said sure go ahead. A also asked them if anything would change. She said no. 3months later i notice that i have 2 long distance companies. I call them (usbi) and they said that i approved of the change. (liars) So i called At&t. AT&T did a conferance call with me and USBI. USBI played back the verfication only. They do not play the whole phone call. Well during the verfication, the person who is me was not ME. She pretended to be me, could not pronnounce my last name OR the city i lived in. The verfication ends and the person calls back to confir the #. And I answer the phone. Al lthey said was i'm calling to confirm the # i said ok and hung up. 2 completly different voices. Now all of the sudden "upper management" will deal with my case. BUT before no one wanted to talk to me. Will i persue this further? I love to get a big case going but if they refund my $ i dont think there is really much i can do! I oculdhave gotten fired for switching the companies long distance, i just answer the phones here.
