USBI continues illegal jamming of Long distance services

I received my bill this month from Verizon with 3rd party charges from USBI After playing phone tag with Verizon and USBI, I reached USBI customer service and the charges were cancelled without question. I will wait for my next bill to confirm. The question remains that this company is using illegal practices to assign long-distance carriers to consumers.
