Well let me start by saying thank you to Rip offs founder... Whoever you are... Thank you
Now I do believe I have alot in common with everyone on this company... I have been lied to... Ripped off... And rudely spoken to. I agree that we need to get together and put this company out of business... I dont care how long they have been in business nor do I care how many happy customers they have or how many years all of there empoyees in upper management have been there...

We bought a pool from them about 3 months ago... And like everyone else the finance dept contacted us too late for us to back out. Shannon Wilson has got to be the rudest most smart... Butt person I have ever spoke to... I have never gotten the run around like I have in the last two weeks... We agreed to pay $12,736.00 for the 27' midline pool (yes way too much)
but we agreed because of the chemical free bs that they gave us and the bs lifetime warrenty... We have had to shook the pool at least once a week all summer..

Now we are rfinancing our home and could not believe it when our mortgage guy told us but our pay off... Mind you after only 3 months is $18,455.00!! I almost fell over. When I contacted Shannon Wilson she told me it was finance charges! On top of the other box that you people have finance charges in??? Well then I was told it was a ""Buy Down Finance charge!"" because we could not get out of house financed. Bs my husband has a very high credit score. So now we dont know what to do... HELP!!!

Also a note to Billie in Etowah I live here to! We need to get in touch and see what we can come up with
