Ripoff billed me for something they were suppose to have taken off my bill

In Nov. 2005 we had dish installed. It was great for a while. After the free 3 months was up, I called and told them to take all of those not now "freebies" off my bill. The man I talked said he would. I contiued to pay my bill, not even looking at it. I thought it was higher than it was suppose to be, but dunb me didn't look at the whole bill. I just paid it. Well last night I actually looked at the whole thing. I was being charged for cinnemax, even after I was told that it had been removed ffom my account, Last night and this morning I called them. Sorry to bad nothing we can do. What really made me mad was the first man I talked to basically called me a liar... He said I never called and talked to anyone about this matter. I have even emailed them twice. So far I have paid them $83.93 over a7 month period, and didn't even know. I am so very, very MAD. I don't like being called a liar. Please don't use dish. At least while I was with direct they never called me a liar.
