Ripoff, property damage, trespassing, threats, failed to look at damage, failed to repair damage Moscow

ML Albright & Sons Inc is an Idaho contractor who served as a general contractor in a road construction project outside my home. During the course of the work my home was damaged because of the use of heavy machinery.

At no time did anyone from ML Albright look at the damage, yet they told a neighbor they knew they had done the damage. The total was over $4000. They also damaged a neighbor's property during the same project and did not repair it either.

I tried all possible resolutions to no avail and finally filed a lien.

They sent one of their family members to my property and I found him going through my trash. He was trespassing. I had to tell hime he had no good cause to be there and he finally left.

I later found that this company has several major damage claims against them, and they are doing similar work in WA state with no contractor's license (a vioaltion of the law).
