Alpine Construction Services, Inc Failure to complete contracted work, poor workmanship, damage to tenant personal property, failure to honor warranties or word

This person failed to perform the work contracted for and then tried to hide it.in the course of starting the job, damage was caused by his employees to tenants personal property due directly to their negligence and laziness. Contractor was notified immediately, but to date has not done anything about the damage. Also damage to the property was done and as opposed to fixing it correctly, he cobbled it together and it failed 2 days later. I have had numerous calls and emails from Mr. LeMoine that he was coming to correct the situations, but to date nothing has been done.

One tenant finally gave up on him resolving the damage to his property. The work on the roof was not per contract and the warranty was cut in half from the original estimate. Also, a few weeks after they left the job, his employees showed up wanting to sue me because they had not been paid. I directed them to the people they needed to talk to and have heard nothing further from them. I filed a complaint on another web site and received a call from Mr. LeMoine that he would correct the situation "if I removed the complaint". Again nothing has been done to date.
