Ripoff and dishonest!

I checked my credit report the other day and found these guys there. I was in the process of buying a house and had to do something quick to get a better apr than what the lenders were going to give me because of this crap there. I was advised to pay them and then dispute it. I have already started disputing. I called this morning and told them i wanted billing statement from 2005 because i knew i had already paid my debt off back in 2003 or 2004 to Sears. They said basically we can't promise you the statements. I was like are you guys for real? I told them ya know what i am contacting the better business bureau on ya then. She said by law you have to write to us and i said by law you have to give me those statemtns so i can see what the heck was charged. So hopefully the BBB can pull through for me and get those stements and then when I see what was charged i can then sue them for my money back. I want them to go down big time for being dishonest to so many peole.
