I order the natural cures book over the phone from a TV program.

I was offered many different products etc. At this time. I told the lady I didn't appreciate all the hard sell for so many other items.

I received my natural cures book and the free items that were promised. I was not very happy with all the other information that was in the package. He is promoting so many other materials which are very costly.

Today I received another newsletter and was informed that they had made a charge on my credit card of $71.40 for a years subscription to their natural cures newsletter. I am very upset because I did not agree to this subscription.

I am challenging the charges on my credit card. I don't know what else I need to do. This is such a rip off.
