Ripoff withheld 970.13 from Deposit on rental property

Land lord has kept 970.13 from rental deposit, Disputing charges!
1) 99.90 advertising fee for replacement tenant due to request for early lease termination. Terminated lease but paid thru rental contract 5/31/06.
2) 219.00 Carpet cleaning, Advised carpet was dirty at 10/15/05 move-in, No response from landlord, Also cleaned carpet 5/5/06, I have receipts for this.
3) 130.70 Move out cleaning and disposing of trash left at house?
I left nothing at the house to be cleaned, I have 2 rolls of film to prove this. Please provide your proof, Landlord was not present at move out time nor when new tenants moved in, Upon our move in the previous tenants left trash on the side of the house, 6 to 8 boxes of junk. Landlord did not have this removed, But I removed this myself.
4) 80.00 Hauling fee to remove sectional sofa, Vacated the house 4/26/06, Bulk trash was/is picked up monthly, Begining of may.
5) 150.00 Front and back yard clean up (mowing/trimming/edgiong/weeding), Upon move in 10/15/05, this was not done, I advised of this in the walk-thru form. Upon vacating 4/26/06, I had done all the mowing/edging/trimming/weeding.
6) 25.00 Homeowners association fine due to weeds, I vacated the house 4/26/06, and had utilities off, There was no water to grow the weeds.
7) 82.79 Garage door opener repair from move out, Upon moving out, the garage door screws fell out and cable snapped. This was a normal wear and tear of a old garage, Please read receipt from professional. Also per line 9 of rental agreement this should be fixed by owners.
8) 182.74 Utilities (water/electric. I have water and electric turned off 5/1/06, How can I be responsible for your utilities, in your name?
I would like compensation for the blinds we put in the house, The yard we cleaned trimmed/mowed/edged/and weeded, sprinklers we installed due to normal breakage, caulking of bath fixtures, cleaning upon move in, ect, Also left a set of french doors with doggie door.
I can attached rental agreement, walk-thru form 10/15/05, and all correspondance related to this Property.
