Unreturned security deposit for rental home

We leased a rental home in las vegas nv for 13months. We submitted a 30 day notice of move-out as agreed. We pulled nails/pins & spackled holes as per contract. 1 day before move-out i called desert realty to request for an inspection, but they never sent an inspector & only told me tom lock up & drop off the keys to there office. I was expecting a refund for the $1,150 security deposit less $200 for carpet cleaning. But i was shocked to get a bill for $175 over the $1,150 total was $1,325. Details of the bill: clean carpet $185

Trash $150
pull all nails, screws & patch spot paint $500
install slider screen door $ 80
deluxe clean $250
power acid wash patio, garage drivway$100cut & sprat weeds, rake yard $ 60
TOTAL $1,325

I tried to settle with desert realty inc. But i was unsuccessful. Please if there is anything you can do to assist us with this problem it will be much appreciated.
