Lillian Mulligan
Rips off landlord. Do not rent to her

Lillian Mulligan came to town from Georgia with the sad story that she had rented a house in Fayetteville sight unseen. When she got to the house it was so bad she couldnt move in. She couldnt get her deposit back.

So a wonderful landlord named John felt sorry for her. Let her move into one of his rental homes with no deposit. He even allowed the utilities to be kept in his name for the first 30 days. Kept the house nice, fixed anything that needed to be done.

Then when it came time to get rent, he had to chase it down every month. And everytime he went to get it someone new answered the door. All that were to live there on the lease were Lillian, her daughter and grandson.

So come November and no rent. She calls John and tells hm she will have the rent on a a certain day for him. Well guess what? That day he goes to collect the rent and there is a moving van in the yard. He asks if Lillian is there to who ever answered the door. No John she is out of town.

John is very upset and talks to his wife. They decide to go over to the house and go across the street and ask the neighbor to let them know if they see Lillian moving out. They agree. But then the wife looks and sees the moving van backing up to the front door. And surprise surprise there stands Lillian who is supposedly out of state!

John and the wife confront them and get the keys back to the house.

After all John the landlord did for this woman and she just is going to move out in the middle of the night. Low Class is what that is.

SO all you landlords out there if Lillian Mulligan comes knocking do not rent to her. She will let everyone and there brother live in your home and leave it filthy.
