Worst company to work for Ripoff nationwide

Rent a center what a joke to work for. I worked for this company for 4 yrs and started at the bottom. I worked myself up to a store manager and was training for a marked manager postion. We got a new market manager in our area who was a drunk and smoked weed with all the employees, but not me and he started useing this against me. So what do i do i go to H.R. Which they were a big fat joke. I of course was the only female manager in our area and my partying days were over so i never joined them. They did an investigation and found i was in the wrong. All the men lied for him and said mean a incorrect things about me. The regional director came to town after i was suspended until further investigation but he wasnt he got to keep working the 10 days i was gone. Imagine that. I was wrote up for inventory issues. About a week after being back i hurt myself on the job carrying a 53 inch tv down a flight of stairs and put on light duty. My restrictions for very strict and i could not stand for more than 10 minutes in a hour. One month later i called in due to my injury because i was hurting really bad. It just so happened that the market manager came in and did a inventory and said i was missing 2 washers and dryers. The next day i wnet in and was fired, while on light duty. Well come to find out the washers and dryers were at a different store due to consolidation of a new store inquired by rent a center. I could not belive that i had given my heart and sole to this company. I worked 6 days a week 12 hours a day. I was a million dollar store with 860 accounts, i was on the advisory counsil which is the top 1 or 2 percent of the company just to have this all come crashing down on me because of the market manager a man, the regional director a man, the head of h.R. A man, the v.P. A man and all store managers men!!! Sounds a little funny but we all know that this is a man based company and if you dont go along with the MEN you are out. There is so much more to this story buy you get the gest of it. There are also 3 other woman in this area that this has happened to due to the men in the company and WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.
