Dishonest, racist and overpriced company Ripoff

I recently left rent a center because of racist and dishonest business practices that are normal at the company.

Gail elgin (store manager) and scot johnston her assistant in olathe found it amusing to call customers bums, losers, non englishg speaking bastards and deadbeats. They would use the n word when talking about african americans and call hispanic customers dumb mexicans.

Jason wall a market manager in kcmo took over the market in the inner city and the first thing he did was to get rid of all the minority store managers. Greg green the regional director is no help also.

En a customer walks into rent a center employees are trained to get the consumer to pay as much as possible for the product. Some customers pay more for the same product than other customers.

They will put you through hell to make a payment but will show up hours late with your merchadise or to do a service call. Customers are seen and treated like scum at rent a center. Employees are told to harrass family and friends (references) of customers.

I could not believe a corporation of 2700 stores could care less about its customers and it's employees. If you plan to do business with this company be extremely cautious. If your considering employment get ready for the worst job you've ever had.
