Manager set me up to be fired cussed me out I threatened him with discrimination Ripoff

I was an assistant manager at Rent-A-Center and my manager who was demoted as a market manager hated me. I was telemarketing with him and he told me that he called a previous customer and had a sale. He told me that I knew the person.

The manager said it was my roommate and that my roommate told him that he knew it was against company policy. Jason the manager said that in the company handbook it states that with a managers approval its allowed. My roommate/fiance picked out furniture and had it delivered. The market manager came in 1 month later and asked me if the address on a piece of paper was mine? I told him it was and he fired me on the spot. I told him the manager sold it and he stated the manager knew nothing about it. My story goes on but I currently have a lawsuit pending against them.
