I place an order online for shoes with Annes-Shoes and never received anything other than a Paypal confirmation. After not receiving the shoes for a few weeks I Googled them online and came across this site (thanks to everyone who took the time to submit their case). I then reported them to Paypal. Paypal emailed them to the same address I emailed them (without any reply) and they received a USPS tracking no so Paypal closed the case. The same day they closed the case I rec'd a tiny package from China that contained a cheap plastic shower cap. I called Paypal and had to open a new dispute but they immediately credited my Paypal acct for the full amount. I asked them why they are continuing to allow this guy to keep an acct with them after all the reports they have rec'd and they assured me that they were now going to close his acct. I hope they do... This has been a huge pain in the butt and I don't want to see anyone else have to ever go through this again. If so, please don't hesitate to contact Paypal immediately—they treated me with the utmost respect.
