We live in Washington State and I wanted to give my input about AMC and give info on how we are getting help. We had to enter into a forbarence agreement with AMC due to my husbands lay off we were up to the last payment on the agreement and we got a call from a new rep stating that she could not accept our last payment and that our forbarence agreement is naul in void do to a past rep doing it all wrong and that we owed actually almost double than what we thought because our mortgage payment had gone up as well we got 3 different letters stating different amounts that we owed and a recent letter stating that we had not made a payment since Nov which is not correct AMC wanted us to enter into yet another forbarence agreement with additional fees... Well we have all our receipts and thought the who deal was shadey so we were advised to contact an angencey that handles Forbarences and Forclosures we used Jim Richmond and Associates you can find him on the web... There is help... Don't think you have to be forced into a forbarence or a forclosure even if you have bad credit... Jim is helping us out greatly we are getting out from AMC and actually filing a law-suit advised by the attorney general because we do have a good case with all of our proof... My best advise is to seek Forclosure help they can help you and get as far away from ameriquest as you can you do not have to loose your home
