AMC ripoff Lied refused to work together, broke contract

Ameriquest Morage AMC, has for the last year and a half done all possible to refuse to work togeather. They agreed to a payment paln to catch up two late payments. Then the company stated this person had not the authority. Then that this person does not work there. The payment of agreement was sent to Ameriquest. Then it was return saying total payment was requird.

Since this time it has been he said she said and no one knows anything of what the other had talked or agreed to. Agreement Ameriquest made in court. Ameriquest has not honored.instead Ameriquest has spread mass confusing misleading communications.

I still have two checks from Ameriquest that can not be cashed. They where made to wrong persons for payment. This company as far as I am concerned lurks on taking away not helping to achieve.
