RIP OFF: Non-payment of rent or heating utilities for 9 months; inappropriate maintenance of rental area; destruction of landlord property; illegally secured and used cards; identify theft; unlicensed animal; illegally placed lock on shop and denied landowner access to their shop.

Ms. Soldahl brought associates on the property and allowed them to stay in her unit for days and weeks without authorization; associates brought animals. Some of the suspected associates are believed to be Erica ; Richard. Filed and successfully was granted a stalking order against the landlord. Landlord was arrested on "probable cause" that the stalking order was violated and has been unable to return to the property until a judge says he may return to his own property.

Landlord self employed and unable to make his usual living during this time, as his shop is on the same property where Ms. Soldhal lived and landlord denied access to property until judge OK's his return. She indicated she was leaving the end of February 06; she did not. She verbally indicated she was leaving in March 06; she did not. Ms Solhald has on numerous times provided false information to landlord.

Reported 28 minutes late to FED hearing, as she said she did not set her clock forward due to daylight savings time. The time change had taken place on a previous weekend; not the weekend she indicated. Landlord's family and friends have been addressing situation until Ms. Soldahl evicted via FED COURT process effective April 16. During this time, family and friends were harrassed and threaten by Ms. Solhald's associates. Ms Soldahl's associates allowed to stay on the property while Ms. Soldahl was in jail for 8-10 days. Columbia County 911 calls were not responded to on several occasions.

Placing this notification to advise that Ms. Soldahl receives the lowest possible renter endorsement. This has truly been a nightmare and placing this rip-off notification to alert others who may be approached by Ms. Shawn Soldahl about a rental unit. Ms Soldahl will be reported to the three major credit agencies regarding the back rental amounts is is also the subject of other possible pending lawsuits against her.
