Do not rent here! This place is infested with black mold!
The owners filed an unlawfull detainer on me and lost! Eventually i left but not with out posting all the legal papers on my front window for 6 months first to let the whole complex know about this slumlord
The property is owned by norman jacobson[tight wad greedy b*d] in santa monica ca the apt mgr is shirley keubler [landlady from h*l! ] this apt complex is a joke! The judge said at the end of the trial... I dont find these people credible[the landlords and owners]
Take my word for it do not rent at palm mesa apts!
