Jerry and Esther Herrera are scum landlords of Town Villas. They like to collect the monthly rent but don't maintain the apartment. And they really are not the landlords. The owner is Columbia!

This apartment lay dormat for two years with no electric and air conditioning where mold grows rapidly! It is a breeding ground for black mold! ~!

Jerry and Esther Herrera are responsible for the tenents relocation costs. They are refusing to own up to their responsibilities! And to think... Esther is a school teacher in Palm Beach County. I sure wouldn't want her to teach my kids!
