Towed my car without proper notification. Ripoff

On March 4 my car was towed for my apartment complex because I was parked in a vistors parking space, I was not aware that as a resident with a parking permit that I could not park there, My husand and myself have been living in the complex for seven years, never had a problem with this until last this month we have always parked in the vistors spaces if there are no close spots to our building. Why as a person who pays rent should have to be inconvience for vistors. No one in our building was aware of anything like this either because another resident was towed for the same reason. If we were aware of this there is no way that we would have parked their. I had to come out of my pocket $150.00 for something that I had no Idea about.
