Never received vacuum. Required HOURS of waiting on phone to get thruogh and NUMEROUS times getting disconnected without getting through. Requested refund... Was told a refund was sent... Two diff. Dates... That was in Nov/05 and Dec/05.

They dont answe phone calls or e-mails at all since Dec.
Still nothing... Was hard to even get their address.
Just file BBB complaint... Wow... I definately have to stand in line... SCORES of complaints. Look up 'singer lazer storm vacuum'To All: check company against BBB BEFORE purchasing anything.
