On May 29 we ordered 2 singer vacs along with the steamer and accessories from your TV infomercial. Was told we would be charged 120.00 for the vacs plus plus express shipping to total 185.00?

Our credit card was charged but as of today's date, June 24, we have not seen a vacuum. We also were given an 800 number to call to "remedy" this but that number is ALWAYS busy and we have never been able to get through. We have asked our bank to dispute this charge. Such a shame that the Singer name is being ruined this way.
