Singer Lazer Vac On 8/31/05 ordered 1 lazer vac, free vac and pay s&h, extra filters, and steam system Ripoff, internet

I ordered a singer lazer vac along with 1 free vac if i paid s&h, etra filter, and a steam cleanig system on 8/31/05. I recieved 4 sineg lazer vacs about 4-5 week later and was billed for them. Called and after many attempts with auto hang up's and being put on hold for 30-45 minutes did talk to a very rude person i beleive her name was alex was told that they would send fed-ex to pick up products on 10/21/05 which was almost a month from the time i talked to her. I questioned the time delay, and she said take it or leave it. The products are still in my garage all boxed up ready to be picked up. Sent e-mail, and recieved answer saying a representative would ontact me in 24 hrs. I still waiting. Finally got a real person on the phne again after many attempts, and she put to a mangers voice mail.

Supervisor has never contacted me.

American express is doing an inquiry for me at his time, and has suspended charges until they research it. This is really a rip off.
