Ripoff Spring Ridge

Will how it all started is i send for something that was for 4.95 but the person cancel my order then paypal tryed 2 more time to get the money out of my bank account then they put me in the hold 60.00 dollars and now paypal said they don't have to pay my bank back because they said it was not there problem but it was because the person keeped on hitting cancel and paypal kept on trying to take money out of my account and i keep getting the run around with payapl saying the will pay me back then they called my bank and said they are not paying because they are not the ones that did it they are trying to say my bank did it. But i send the the paper work to paypal so they could see it to and in my bank statement it say paypal. That tryed to take money out of my account with out me knowing anything about it.
