Paypal.com won't deposit my balance into my bank account. They took money out instead.inTERNET

It's simple. Paypal will not credit my bank account. I used paypal so my customers could pay me easily. Paypal is keeping my money. They have my bank information and still wont send me my money. I cannot believe them! I can't believe they are getting away with the crimes they committ! I am willing to join with other victims and sue the company!
