Employee turnover. 98% of ikimbo employees are fired/dismissed

Miscellaneous

Ikimbo. Herndon, virginia. Employee turnover. 98% of ikimbo employees are fired/dismissed

Ikimbo practices unfair or questionable employee firing tactics. Full time employees are terminated upon successful completion of a major software release or employee accomplishment. Dismissed employees are replaced by junior salaried employees.

Ikimbo employees do not receive annual or quarterly job performance evaluations although the employee handbook outlines the practice. Ikimbo employees are dismissed without regard to their job performance.

Ikimbo openly practices what would be considered Nazism. If your not pretty enough, kiss company butt enough, attend company happy hours enough, or play ping pong enough, you are considered a company outsider and dismissed. Dismissals are not based upon your job performance but on the fact that you only come in to work to do the job you were hired to do.

Terminated Ikimbo employees have complained that the company fails to return inquiries/questions regarding employee vested stock option purchase until the purchase date has expired and the options are then returned to the company.
