I just want to take a moment to warn anyone against taking a job at The Country Club of Virginia. They do not take care of employees as they claim.in fact, employees will be put in danger if it makes the members happy. Buildings with ceilings about to cave in are where tools are kept. Superintendents will send out employees in lightening storms to mow greens before a tournament and pay raises are a joke. The employee turnover rate is phenomenal. Think twice before applying.
