Mportal misuses its employees from its india office Ripoff

This company makes its employees work indecent hours. It even brings employees from its India office on tempoary visas and puts them to work way beyond 40hr/week. I am pretty sure that is a violation of some immigration law if not unfair businesss practices at the least. It does the same to its US based employees. THis company looks like its headed for a lawsuit one way or another. Its amazing that sweath shops exist in this day n age. All the mgmt is originally from India and they bend the rules to make things happen. Not surprisingly it has a high employee turnover rate...
