Liar, Theif, and much more Employee disaste

This past employee uses drugs on the property and during work hours, Once she was suspended she decided to call other employees and tell them lies about the company and caused a big scene at work. This employee was a manager and decided to take other employees to smoke marijuana, She was not only taking Klonopin she not only popped 5 on the job but decided to sell them to my other employees and when I got back to the office everyone was all messed up. Natalie proceeded to leave work at 9pm floored her car in reverse and hit another employees car in the parking lot, due to her being completely high. This is an employee that should never be hired in any company or even trusted with anything. She would take off work early to take care of her sick baby but never went home went with other employees she was driving and smoked Marijuana. You make the determination for yourself if you want to hire her.
