I am a father of two i am on unemployment and a criminal justice student.in December ubi was cut for a short while so i was unable to pay my rent on time when i did have monies due i went to office to try to make payment but was refused. I was told by Pam Schmidt property manager she would not call sheriff and stop writ of restitution. So now we have another family with two small children ages 19 months and almos for years of age about to be homeless due to lack of compassion and caring to american people. Granted I have been late with most payments but have always made them including late fees and other fees applied to rent.
