He charges illegal fees that include, triple security deposits, Outrageous court and late fees as well as false charges for gas and electric. He does not fix any thing. He evicted me and my children 3 days before christmas after lying about comeing to pick up the rent. Renting from him would be the biggest mistake you will ever make.
